Instead of everybody reading the same book, members of a genre book club pick any book they want within a particular genre. One month the group might read historical fiction, the next sci-fi, then maybe short stories or poetry.

The Scotts Valley Genre Book Club meets on the last Thursday of the month from 7pm to 8:30pm. The group currently meets virtually to discuss books from a different genre each month. Please register for the access link. [Note: the club is quite full and there may not be space.]
